Four agents and a green door on Linden Avenue. We sell, let and value homes in six neighborhoods, and we have done it the same way since 2011.
Our story
Two rooms above a bakery.
Clara Whitfield started Atrium in 2011 with one rule: never list a home you would not live in yourself. For three years the agency was two rooms above a bakery on Mill Lane, and most valuations ended with a loaf of bread.
In 2014 we took the ground floor of a house on Linden Avenue and painted the door green. Every other agent in the city had a glass front on the high street. We wanted people to sit at a kitchen table to talk about their home, and they still do.
We have stayed small on purpose. Each agent covers two neighborhoods at most, three of us live in the one we cover, and the person who values your home is the one who hands over the keys.
